Situations
- We are maintaining blockchain server-side services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to prioritize scope, and architect ew features
- Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality and #security standards
- Ensure, the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Bring positive energy to every interaction with the team, and foster inclusive collaboration
- At least three years of experience as a #software_engineer
- proficiency in one backend programming language (#Nodejs, #Python, #Go)
- The basic knowledge of docker and infrastructure
- Fair understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- An ability to write high-quality, well-tested code
- Moderate experience in back-end development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent #communication and collaboration abilities.
- A base understanding of #Blockchain technologies and #Web3 js is a big plus.
